This Privacy Policy explains how Axeom LLC ("Axeom", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites (including axeomstudio.com and thezaidismail.com), contact us, or purchase our services. By using our Site or services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us directly:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, and social media handles.
- Onboarding and intake information: details about your brand, audience, niche, content goals, and any materials you submit when you fill out our intake form.

- Content and likeness: video and audio footage, images, and your on-camera appearance and voice captured during a filming session, and any content you provide for use in your project.
1.2 Payment information:
When you buy, payment is processed by our third-party processors (such as Whop and Stripe). They collect and process your card or payment details directly. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited confirmation data such as your name, email, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
1.3 Information collected automatically:
When you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and actions taken, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, schedule, produce, and deliver the services you purchased.
- Communicate with you about your order, onboarding, scheduling, and support.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions or recurring plans.
- Operate, secure, and improve our Site and services.
- Market our services to you, including follow-ups, retargeting ads, and email or SMS updates (you can opt out, see Section 6).
- Use delivered content and your participation for marketing, portfolio, and case study purposes as described in our Terms of Service and, for Content Blitz clients, the Client Agreement.
- Keep records, enforce our terms, resolve disputes (including chargeback disputes), and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers and contractors: editors, videographers, and production contractors who help deliver your project; and tools we use to operate, such as Whop and Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel / GHL (CRM, email, and SMS), ManyChat (messaging automation), scheduling and storage tools, and analytics providers. They may access only what they need to perform their function.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which we use for advertising, retargeting, and measurement via tools like the Meta pixel.
- Legal and protective disclosures: when required by law, or to enforce our agreements, protect our rights, or defend against claims (including submitting evidence to a card network in a payment dispute).
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising (including the Meta pixel for retargeting). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies through a banner on the Site.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, defend against chargebacks, and meet legal obligations. Delivered content and case study materials may be retained and used as described in our Terms and Client Agreement. We keep records of your purchase and your acceptance of our terms for as long as needed to protect our legal rights.
6. Your choices and rights
- Marketing opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to marketing texts, or email us at info@axeom.com. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your order.
- Access, correction, or deletion: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@axeom.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that we may retain information we need to keep for legal, accounting, dispute, or case study reasons as permitted by law and our agreements.
